Hand II Hand Care Services provides the following home and community habilitation services

CARE MANAGEMENT
We collaborate with clients and their families to create personalized care schedules that meet specific needs. Our goal is to coordinate our care efforts with family caregivers to ensure seamless support.
PERSONAL CARE AND GROOMING
Our caregivers assist with daily personal hygiene activities, such as dressing, bathing, and restroom use, especially for those with limited mobility.

Daily meal preparation and kitchen cleanup are handled by our caregivers to ensure nutritious and timely meals for our clients.

ERRAND AND TRANSPORTATION
We manage important errands like grocery shopping and prescription refills, and provide transportation to medical appointments, leisure activities, and other essential activities.

LIGHT HOUSEKEEPING
Our team helps maintain a clean and comfortable home environment with light housekeeping tasks, including vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, and laundry.

COMPANIONSHIP
We hire caregivers who offer excellent companionship, building personal relationships through conversation and engaging activities to enhance the well-being of our clients.
